Kindly ensure you have selected the correct item in the correct colors/sizes before checking out. De Lace will not be able to amend orders once they have been confirmed and will not be held liable in the event the wrong colors/sizes are selected, or if duplicate orders are placed.

If you have a discount code, please ensure to input the code before checking out for discount to be valid. No refunds will not be made for orders where discount codes are not enter at purchase.

Kindly ensure the full and correct address is stated. Orders with incomplete/incorrect address may result in lost or delayed mailed. De Lace will not be responsible in the event that address provided by customer is incomplete/incorrect.

Exchange & Refund

Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority. We will carefully check through all our stocks before sending it over to you to ensure all items that you have purchased are in its best condition.

All items are not exchangeable or returnable except in the unlikely event of defective item. Exchangeable items only applicable to items which reported DEFECT within 48 hours upon receipt of the items. A snapshot of defective area need to be attach during reporting to us. Customer required to deliver back the item within 5 calendar days. Failing to do so, De Lace holds the right not to proceed with exchange or refund. We will try our best to reduce the minimal inconvenience.

We are operating on pre-order basis and product availability will only be checked after we receive your order. We update our product availability routinely but it may change faster than we can update. If you placed an order for products that are unavailable, we will send you an email notification as soon as possible, and provide exchange or refund in accordance with our Exchange & Refund policy.


Garment Care

Please hand wash all apparels individually without soaking for the first few washes as color transfer may occur.

Please turn apparels inside-out when washing and ironing. Please iron under low heat over a folded handkerchief to prevent damage to the delicate material. Alternatively, using a steam ironed is highly recommended.


Delayed Delivery And Shipping Peak Period

Additional delivery lead time of 2 to 5 working days may occur because of service delays, bad weather (such as haze and/or consecutive days of prolonging raining), service delay guidance issued by the delivery carrier and/or postal services peak mailing period.
